The staff were attentive. The rooms, while a bit dated, were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located near other luxury hotels. Plus, the heated open-air pool was a great highlight.
the hotel is getting a little dated and could use some upgrades.

The mini neck and shoulder massage while waiting for dinner was such a good surprise! The breakfast had an very nice range of options, especially the wonderful Swahili breakfast. I would return just for the ambiance and food alone.

Luxurious traditional hotel with great bedrooms. Location - magnificent near to Central District of Nairobi and the restaurant by the ever smiling and customer-centric, Diana. Easy walk to a monumental silver-domed mosque...

The location of the hotel is fantastic and really
Puts you in the heart of the city. The staff was cute, but the dining experience fell short as service seemed rushed during breakfast.

The friendliness of the staff. The ambiance and atmosphere was very professional and pleasant. The business centre and front office were both knowledgable and helpful to find solution to issues. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The swimming pool heated allowing a nice evening swim after a long day of meetings at the UN. I fully enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Great Choice!

Really good Staff and Location
I had a wonderful week-long stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, made exploring Nairobi easy. Though the hotel is getting a bit dated and could use some upgrades, the warm hospitality more than made up for it.

We had a really nice stay at this classy hotel. The breakfast was marvellous for what was on offer with all the different varieties, vegetarians alike, dishes to choose from. Got good-sized room in comparison to the bedrooms.

After a long safari, this hotel offered the perfect relaxation with its beautiful pool and rooftop bar. The staff's courtesy and attention to detail stood out, especially the really good breakfast that had the best pastries we tasted in kenya.
the air conditioning didn't work properly.

Great service, everythings was taken care of very well! Nice location, and good restaurant
The wifi was quite annoying: bad signal on the 6th floor and you had to make an account every single time you wanted to use the internet. Very time consuming. Also i thought that 50 dollars for washing some socks, 3 shirts and 5 pieces of underwear was pretty expensive. But maybe that's normal in a hotel.

The room was nice, spacious and clean.
Calling the restaurant staff every time I needed their service. Even when asking for a bill.
